Garance Giang Vo's aim is to write intimate, personal lyrics, while maintaining a stripped-down, accessible language. After a first EP in 2021 under the name Garance Midi, the group, freshly formed around the young singer-songwriter, took a liking to this synergy, and the first songs from "Dans la Maison" were released. These new bedroom pop melodies in French will find a home on a delicate, danceable album (March 29, 2024, Humpty Dumpty Records), blending carefreeness with deep emotions. This DIY sound building is made up of many instrumental layers and also houses a whole band of friends.
