Romain composes and plays a variety of instruments, fusing the electronic and the instrumental. A bassist drawn to the string instruments of the great zither and lute family, he explores the playing and sounds of instruments such as the Indian sitar, which he cites as an example. Indian sitar, citera, svaraveena. For many years now, he has been experimenting with the Intuitive Music with singing bowls, flutes, percussion, etc. He is often accompanied by Féline, who in her career has tackled different aspects of singing, sometimes intuitively and spontaneously, sometimes in a variety of repertoires ranging from Jazzy Blues to traditional world songs.
